Artist Statment

My practice involves creating personal archives with candid photography of social events, then utilizing those images to create large, installation based paintings.  I'm looking at reflecting a depiction of the night dependent on archival imagery and personal recollections. I utilize tables, and all their clutter, as my main source of inspiration currently. My practice considers the idea that, although you might not remember what you did last night, your table will!
